Black and Decker have launched three new mowers and a Cordless String Trimmer and Edger in time for the summer.
Keen gardeners can take advantage of these new tools, with Joe Newland, the group product manager, stating that the ‘new mowers feature a high-performance, super efficient motor and a new and improved blade design to generate better cut results and longer run time.’
The company, which has a reputation for building reliable power tools saws and jigsaw power tools, will be looking to boost their sales in the cordless gardening tool market – which is seeing good growth.
“With our new cordless units, users will be able to cut up to a typical 1/3 acre home site with just one charge.”
Due to strong environmental pressure, gardeners are being encouraged to use electrical gardening tools instead of petrol.
