If DIY Britons are not careful in undertaking home improvements, they could suffer a stressful weekend, it has been claimed.
According to Easier Property, the advent of summer may make people more inclined to make upgrades to their homes.
However, rather than going in gung-ho, DIY enthusiasts have been advised to "gather your thoughts and think about exactly what you need to do and make sure you have everything you need for the job in hand".
"Being organised is essential, after all a clean workshop is a happy workshop," the website said.
Meanwhile, DIY whiz Andrew Bernard recently claimed that Britons should not be intimidated by carrying out home improvement projects.
With the right safety measures in place, anyone is able to transform their own home, according to Mr Bernard, who added that things "can’t go wrong" provided the correct safety precautions have been taken.
